No tab bar, no icons. The agent orb is the one constant — it never leaves. Tap it to bloom a radial selector; the surfaces dissolve through depth around the orb (recede + blur back, next one emerges forward). A luminous depth thread on the edge shows where you are. Everything honors the live theme: glass, glow, aurora, translucency.
The orb is the agent's presence — the one thing that's true in every mode. Making it the travel control says the throughline of this product is the agent, and the surfaces are just contexts you meet it in. It's already your mic/voice element, so it earns its place; no new furniture.
Not a slide. Surfaces live at different depths: the current one sits forward and sharp; on travel it recedes, scales down and blurs while the next emerges from behind the orb into focus (the deck's own depth vocabulary — scale + opacity + blur — applied to whole surfaces). The orb stays put; the world moves around it.
A thin luminous thread on the edge with three nodes — the active one blooms and names itself. It reads as a depth gauge / elevator, not a toolbar. Tappable as a shortcut.
Tap orb → radial bloom → pick a surface. Or drag the orb up/down to travel the depth stack directly. Keys 1/2/3. Hold the orb = drop straight into Harness live-talk (it flushes red, listening). Everything else (deck arrows, gestures) stays inside Portfolio.
Try ◐ Translucency — the cosmos + aurora read through the glass cards and widgets exactly like --tra does today. Glow, foil sheen, breathing orb, red live-state — all the existing language, nothing foreign.
